Thanks to everyone who came out to our shows on our April west coast tour. We had a lot of fun, and we hope you did too. Double thanks to those who came out and also bought some merchandise. Your hard earned money will be put to good use. Rumor has it that The Statuettes filmed a little music video with a friend in California while out on the road. Immediately following the release, we will be heading out on a west coast tour on April 1-9 into Southern Utah, Southern California, Central California, Northern California, and Northern Nevada. Hey everyone. Thanks to those who voted online, and came out to our City Weekly Music Awards showcase on February 5th. The finalists will be announced later this month. In other news, we will begin recording our new 5-song EP this month (currently untitled). We hope to have it released by the end of March, and in time for our April west coast tour (a couple of dates have already been posted, and more are on the way). Hi everyone. Yes a new year is upon us, and no I don’t really have anything really interesting to say about it other than we are excited about the opportunities that lay ahead (or is it lie ahead?). We plan to release new music (maybe as early as March), and tour more extensively this year beginning with a short run this month (January 19th-22nd) with label mates Kenan Bell, and Gavin. Check our “Shows” section to see where we will be. If you live in southern Utah, southern Nevada, or southern California, you probably have the best chance to catch us on this trip. Lastly, it has come to my attention that we are HUGE in the country of Turkey. Don’t believe me? Ask a Turk. We hope to be seeing all of you at a show this year. No excuses! Lets Begin.

Hey everyone. Just wanted to give a quick update on the band. We are currently writing new tunes that may or may not be included on our next album. Chances are that at least a few of them will be. Speaking of albums, our album “Telepath” is currently one of the featured alternative albums on LimeWire. If you use LimeWire to download music, stop on by the LimeWire store and check it out for yourself. If you don’t use that service, thats ok too. You can buy the album on our website or on itunes. I apologize if you already received a previous update about this, but I was having some posting issues. Here it goes again: This Saturday, October 23rd we will be invading Rexburg, Idaho for a show at “Sammy’s”. Some of you may live (or know someone who lives) in Rexburg, and some of you may have never even heard of Rexburg. Either way, you are all invited! Show starts at 8pm, we will probably go on around 9 or 9:30. All ages, and it’s FREE. Do what you gotta do.

For those of you in Utah, we will be performing at the Forkfest Music Festival on Saturday, October 16th at the American Fork Ampitheater in American Fork, Utah. This is a FREE event featuring a bundle of great Utah bands. We play at 12:30 pm on the acoustic stage. Check our “shows” section for more details, and www.forkfest.net.
